Canhigh Center is the first U.S. Green Building Council’s Leed Gold office building in Zhejiang. Being the landmark of Hangzhou topping the city’s CBD, it enjoys views of two great World Cultural Heritages---the West Lake and the Grand Canal. German architecture honors the city with its crown shape. With lease-only management concepts and international business service system, Canhigh Center, helps great enterprises with great business platform.

坤和中心，位于浙江省杭州市下城区环城北路208号。东接环北城市景观带，南临环城北路，西接杭州大厦华浙店，北靠京杭大运河湾畔。总建筑面积约11.2万平方，包括高端商业与5A写字楼，其中高端商业——杭州大厦购物城C座（坤和店）约4.2万平方，写字楼约3.9万平方，停车位560余个。

Canhigh Center is located at 208, North Huancheng Rd, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Its location advantage lies in its direct connection to the city’s arterial road —the North Huancheng Rd, to the classy shopping mall—Hangzhou Tower Shopping Center and to the time-honored Great Canal. The whole project is 112,000 sq m. with over 560 parking spaces, including a high-end commercial appendix building and a grade 5A office building. The mall (Hangzhou Tower Block C Canhigh Store) is 42,000 sq.m. and the office building is 39,000 sq.m..
